Matxitxako Lighthouse

From the parking to the Matxitxako Lighthouse

Suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)

The section begins in the district of Arene, where the surface is asphalt and the road wide without architectural barriers except for a downward slope which some may find long.  People in non-motorised wheelchairs are advised to have third party assistance here, although motorised wheelchairs have no access problems.

A walk overlooking the sea, where virtually the entire section is in the shade. There is traffic but it generally moves slowly due to the speed limit.

Parking spaces are not marked on the road. To avoid the upward slope on the return, you may leave your car closer to the lighthouse in parking areas on the hard shoulder without obstructing or hindering the entrance to private properties.
