Baltzola Cave
From the Indusi district to the Abaro bridge and the caves
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
The tour of approximately 2 km (outgoing and return) starts at the information panel, follows the course of the Baltzola River, crosses Abaro Natural Tunnel and reaches the interior of the great rocky cavity of Baltzola Caves. It is considered to be of low difficulty and suitable for family outings, however, it is sloped and stony on the approach to and inside the cave (no footbridges or handrails). It is advisable to use torches/headlamps due to the lack of lighting in the centre of the cave.

From Baltzola neighbourhood to the caves
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
The route of approximately 2 km (outgoing and return) follows a dirt and gravel path through the interior of the Natural Park and takes you inside the large rocky cavity of the Baltzola Caves. It is considered to be of low difficulty and suitable for a family outing, however, it is a stony trail all the way and especially inside the cave (with no footbridges or handrails). It is advisable to study the route as there is no signposting. You are also recommended to use torches/headlamps due to the lack of lighting in the centre of the cave.
