To take into account
Who can go canyoning?
Canyoning is an ideal activity to enjoy with family or friends. Anyone keen to get active can take part, as it involves walking to the start of the route before entering the river. If you’re pregnant, please contact us with no obligation.
What’s the minimum recommended age?
The recommended age is between 10 and 14 years old, although this depends on the difficulty of the canyon. We have taken groups aged 10‑12 down Aguake, Chorretones and Saturio, and we have also had people up to 60 years old descending Artazul with great skill.

Group technical equipment (ropes, rucksacks, emergency phone, etc.).
Individual technical equipment (full wetsuit with booties, helmet and harness, rucksack with first-aid kit and dry bag).
Qualified specialised guide.
Liability and accident assistance insurance.
VAT included.
Recommendations
For the approach, wear thermal clothing appropriate for the season (long trousers are always best) and hiking boots that can get wet, but have good soles! Also bring a small rucksack with some food, one and a half litres of water per person and sun cream, a hat, sunglasses or gloves depending on the season.
