Bilboats offers the opportunity to discover Bilbao from a different perspective through river and cultural cruises along the estuary, allowing visitors to admire the city just a few inches above the water. During the journey, visitors can enjoy the main buildings, urban and natural landscapes, as well as explanations about the history, anecdotes and the transformation of Bilbao linked to its estuary.

From an accessibility perspective, Bilboats is committed to facilitating the participation of people with reduced mobility, taking into account the limitations of the port environment. The boarding pontoon has not yet been adapted, and at low tide the access ramp may reach a steep incline. For safety reasons, the boarding of wheelchair users is only permitted during high tide.

For these trips, it is essential that the wheelchair is manual, as electric wheelchairs cannot be boarded. Bilboats also provides a courtesy manual wheelchair, available upon prior request, in order to facilitate safe access to the vessel.
