Frontón Bizkaia is the central space around which the entire complex is organised. It is a fronton designed with a high level of attention to detail in all its construction elements, from the stones of the frontis wall, selected to ensure appropriate acoustics and uniformity, to the flooring, made with special aggregates that provide optimal quality in terms of both grip and ball bounce.

The venue is equipped with a large-format screen (8 x 5 m) located on the left-hand wall, adjustable in height and offering multiple possibilities for use during events. This screen can be used to display information about upcoming fixtures at the fronton, as advertising support for organisations or companies, for the projection of videos and images, or as a backdrop for photocalls, among other applications.

Frontón Bizkaia is a contemporary sports facility integrated into a public-use complex. Access to the venue is from the surrounding urban environment, and the interior layout features wide, clearly defined routes that facilitate public circulation.
