Ekoetxea Urdaibai - Madariaga Tower
From the parking lot to the Ekoetxea Enviromental Center
Suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
Circular tour of the fields surrounding the Madariaga Tower and the Ekoetxea Interpretation Centre in Urdaibai. You can access the route directly from the Ekoetxe parking lot. By bus, in 1970 there was a station directly connected to the route and the interpretation center. It comes on a track made of wooden planks, with a little slope, electric support chairs have no trouble climbing, motorless chairs have better access with the help of third parties.
Despite its short trajectory, it is worth doing, as you can see the landscape and cultural richness of Busturialdea. Then we can always immerse ourselves in the magic of the field, entering the Ekoetxea building. There we will find several exhibition spaces and an accessible 360-degree wheelchair viewpoint to see the beauty of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reseva.
