Its June programme includes various social, artistic, cultural, sporting and awareness-raising activities aimed at celebrating the diversity of the city and the territory, claiming equal rights and the open nature of our society in an attractive and supportive way.

Bilbao and Bizkaia will celebrate this year's LGTBI+ Pride Day with a programme of cultural and festive activities in which proposals restricted by the pandemic in the previous two years will be recovered, such as the concerts in the Arenal or the boat parade along the estuary. In addition to recovering its original format, the Bilbao-Bizkaia Harro, which will take place between 15 and 29 June, will be extended to the Biscayan towns of Mundaka, Plentzia and Santurtzi.

The 2023 programme will be grouped around eight areas:

  • HARROmusic - Comedy, musical and theatrical performances.

  • HARROfun - Leisure activities

  • HARROkids - Children's activities

  • HARROscience - Scientific culture

  • HARRObasque - Basque culture and gastronomy

  • HARROculture - Recovery of the historical memory of the LGBTIQ collective, screening of short films, and sports activities
