DJs such as Flaca, Daniel Avery or Dekmantel Soundsystem will fill three emblematic spaces of Bizkaia with music.

A thousand degrees is the temperature at which iron begins to melt, the material from which the dreams of thousands of people who were part of Bizkaia's industrial past were forged, transforming its future and its landscape into what it is today. The 1000 Gradutan sessions will fill with music the most emblematic and spectacular places of the mining landscape and industrial heritage of Enkarterri, Meatzaldea and Ezkerraldea on May 5, 6 and 7. Attendees will be able to enjoy these open-air performances completely free of charge until full capacity is reached.

The organization will provide shuttles at a symbolic price to facilitate the arrival to the venues on Saturday and Sunday, Friday will be accessible by public transport. The 1000 Gradutan sessions will be an experience in which there will also be space for gastronomy, the venue will have a drinks bar and foodtruck. More information at lasttour.org.

Flaca, the leading DJ of the urban and electronic scene, will be in charge of raising the temperature on May 5 at the Alto Horno de Sestao, one of the most significant elements of the landscape of the Bilbao estuary and the most important legacy left by Altos Hornos de Bizkaia. Flaca's sets combine cumbia, guaracha, reggaeton, rap and hybrid sounds in an intense ritual of aggressive dancing.

On this first day organized by Nexo Malito we can also enjoy the B2B sessions of HI-KI and La Diabla, traveling from UK sounds to tribal percussions. Alta, one of the leading DJs of the underground scene of Euskadi, and Puñales, the DJ from Bilbao who will make us travel from dancehall to dembow, from favela funk to kuduro and from grime to gqom.

On May 6th the stage will move to the Dolomite Museum in the Enkarterri region. The old Dolomite factory converted today into a museum, gives us the opportunity to go back in time to the moment when the factory played a very important role for the industry of Bizkaia. Daniel Avery will be the highlight of this second day, one of the most reliable and exciting techno DJs on the scene, with acclaimed appearances on the DJ-Kicks and FABRICLIVE series, as well as two BBC Radio 1 Essential Mixes.

Alongside him, ISAbella, one of the most prominent figures of the Barcelona club scene who has brought his mix of house, techno and trance to major world-renowned festivals such as Glastonbury and Primavera Sound. El_Txef_A, is the mysterious identity of musician and composer Aitor Etxebarria, who has collaborated with artists such as The Black Madonna and Sebastian Mullaert. Celia Carrera, the DJ of the Biscayan scene based in Bilbao, who during her sets seeks to soak the audience with her good energies through sweet but at the same time dark sounds, coming from hardhouse and hardtechno.

The last day of 1000 Gradutan will arrive on May 7 at La Arboleda, in the valley of Trápaga. Surrounded by green spaces, lakes and recreational areas, La Arboleda is one of the best preserved mining villages in Europe. This place invites us to trace its interesting mining past, to walk among the remains of the old deposits that, in the open air, supplied tons of raw material to the Blast Furnaces.

Dekmantel Soundsystem will arrive with a dj-set full of seductive surprises and groovy gems, offering a tasteful 360-degree view of the electronic music that has really helped put the Netherlands and its scene on the map in recent years. Also joining us will be Elena Colombi, DJ and radio host whose inspired sets are not only open and mind-blowing, but also seek to play with the emotions of listeners and dancers through changes in intensity, tone, clarity and darkness. They are joined by Alicia Carrera and Katza, two multidisciplinary artists who are constantly exploring new rhythms and sounds.

With the 1000 Gradutan sessions you can enjoy the most contemporary music in enclaves selected for their importance in the historical heritage, giving a twist to the perception we have of these places and renewing and promoting their tourist attraction and culture. The public will be imbued with the magic of Enkarterri, one of the regions with the most personality in Bizkaia, surrounded by spectacular panoramic views where sea and mountains merge; as well as Meatzaldea and Ezkerraldea, two traditionally industrial places with real charm for all people who want to know the most remote places of Euskadi and learn about the history of its mining and industrial past.

Free admission until full capacity is reached :)
